Synopsis of Daemons of the Shadow Realm:
Two twins were born in an isolated village, separated by day and night. Years later, while the older brother, Yuru, has become an animal hunter, his sister Asa has been locked in a cage and he has been ordered to carry out a special task that prohibits him from meeting more than a few select people.
On an apparently normal day, a group of armed men traveling on helicopters, whom the citizens call “dragons”, storms the village in search of Yuru and kills all the adults he finds in his path. When Yuru tries to reunite with Asa and runs away, he finds a corpse and, in addition, the person who has killed her claims to be the real twin sister of Yuru.
Before the woman can capture him, Yuru is rescued by a man named Dera, a outsider who frequently visits the village. However, it is not long before the two of them are cornered. In one last attempt, Dera makes Yuru give a gift to the village deity, summoning a pair of demons whose existence is meant to reveal the truth behind these chaotic events.
